Do you think a 1996 7.3l Ford van with 212k that has A new computer, new injectotors, New brakes, New transmission, New tires" is or was a lemmon?

And do think it would be better to buy the same year with 150k but no repairs?

Also what's the difference from a 1989 7.3 liter engine to a 2000 7.3 liter engine?
