After 13 years and 3 Dodge Cummins I bought a 2003 Chevy Duramax with 70K that looks like it just came off the showroom floor. When I turn on the wipers the windshield washer sprays in all but 2 or three speed positions in the delay positions and on high. I have been told it is most likely not in the colum switch but I dont know where to look for the problem. Any ideas?

Probably a wiper module issue. Sometimes they go haywire.
It should be located under the cowl, drivers side.

agreed i have replaced either the wiper module or the wiper motor assembly on every chevy i have owned. I bought the wiper module from rockauto for really cheap and has worked flawlessly since(you shouldnt need the whole motor). 20min job.
