Anyone out there running a heat exchanger on their AUX fuel tank ? After read'n that TTS lift pump post, sounds like a good idea! Are there any aftermarket units available? Would a high volume trans cooler work ?

A fuel cooler on the return side is a good thing. How is your 2nd tank hosed in to the system? If its just a transfer to the main tank no additional cooler is necessary.

The Aux fuel tank hoses are routed to a switching valve ! I guess that means I'm gonna need 2 lift pumps? I was going to put one pump after the switching valve, but had a miserable day today, I could swear that my feed hoses were colapseing pull'n a trailer today across Wyoming in a 30 mph head wind. At one stop the prime pump was drawn all the way down! I changed both fuel filters yesterday!:wtf1:
