Hey guys, I have been having an on going issue with my brakes. Replaced right front caliper, rotor, and went to ceramic pads. When brakes are applied it pulls to the left (but is managable). My main concern now is that it still takes way to long to stop and the brakes lock up in the rain. Scary as hell, specially for the wife and kids. I have bled the brakes and adjusted rear brakes. Dont know what else it could be. Anyone have the same problems? Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions? Thanks in advance!

Without a doubt the fronts. I have a complete loss of steering and stopping...

My fronts lock when wet too, and as far as I know mine are factory or OEM replacement. ABS kicks on.

I too had this same thing happen, replaced the calipers and pads and the right side did the same thing. Wore out the pads again!. A friend of mine told me that I needed to replace the front flex hoses. What happens is when some people do their calipers, they pinch off the flex hose with vise grips. This can cause a rupture to the inner liner. Brake fluid leaks out past this causing the inner liner to collapse, brake fluid can't escape and the brakes are essentially on. Causes premature wear and locking brakes, changed mine and now its fine......hope this helps!

Thanks so much for the help Oddessy! I did find a bubble in the right hose and have a new one waiting to be put on. Should I replace both sides at the same time or as needed? Thanks again.

Certainly won't hurt to replace both and be done with them. I replaced both as I didn`t know who worked on the truck prior to me owning it.

Had the same problem with my 3/4 ton Express work van. Replaced both calipers and rotors, within 1000 miles started pulling to the left. Took it back to mechanic and replaced right side under warranty and had same problem again. Third time replaced everything again. Under warranty again, turns out I kept getting bad right side calipers. They were brand new, not remans, but they had a bad run of them and I got 2 in a row. Have the new right caliper you put on tested to see if it is working properly could be a bad one.
