Had any injector failures? See Forum Topic under "Duramax 1st Generation (LB7) 2001-2004" For ways to report your problems to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
Try this website: www.nhtsa.dot.gov/ - Go down to the line that reads" "If you suspect a defect or problem with your vehicle" then click on the line in blue which reads: "Here's how to file a complaint about your vehicle right now" - it takes you directly to the problem reporting form. You can report any type of vehicle problem; mechanical, electrical, design, etc. They investigate and start tracking similar problems. If it looks serious or is a frequent type of problem/complaint, the manufacturers are contacted and recalls initiated if necessary.
There is an online reporting mechanism or you can call a NHTSA rep directly at: 1-888-327-4236.
