Ok crazy maybe but want a 3500 SRW, But Have a 1993 GMC K2500HD with the 6.5 4.10 gears 14BFF 10.5 axle. What Components would i need to make this truck a 3500 rating?

Pretty sure you would need the 11.5 rear end, overload springs, and heavier torsion bars, I may be missing something though.

i actually meant like convert a 93 k2500 to a 93 k3500 sorta conversion, not to the newer one

For the rear end, it looks like you have a 14B so that's I believe the same as a 3500 unless they used a Dana 70, but I think that may be some duallys only.

Suspension, I think it's only the helper springs (level load springs).

Frame, I'm not sure on that one.

Hmmmmm, that's another good question. Maybe call your local GMC dealership and see if the pn's match for your 2500 and a 3500 same year, if not ask the parts guy if there is a load rating on them. Just a thought and it only takes a phone call.
