Here it is PPE Lift pump hard line Install. Not as pretty as 70-Z-UC's..Thanks for posting up your picture. I had a hard time bending the SS lines into the 180, it wanted to kink. Gott her done though and with the on/off switch hooked in to a key on fuse (blue led switch). Works awesome. No more surge at Idol and I can tell a Big difference in the response when putting the hammer down (predator 120 Hp). I am wondering if my fuel pump was getting old 246k ?

Yes..it is a By-pass in case something were to happen to pump. Then you would not be Dead in the Water so to speak. The brass fitting is a check valve that lets fuel flow one way, as the PPE pump does not let enough fuel flow through to maintain rail pressure>

I used Russel flare fittings....I am now having a seeping of fuel out the presure side of install ...............Thinking of going with rubber fuel line with barbed end fittings.
When i tighten the fittings they are reducing my flare due to the sleeve being pressed from sleeve onto the cone side of fitting:mad:. It is a touchy tightening sequence (pissin me off) tried three times , good thing for check valve. take apart re-flare and re-assemble still seeping fuel, (did I say pissin me off;)). I think I should have used swaglok fittings but I do not know how they work to seal the fuel to Inside The Lines. Maybe someone with more knowledge on them will explain.
