Took my rig into a GM dealer for LOC last week and on a whim had the cust rep pose a question for the mechanic (?), "How many zerk fittings are there?"

When I came back to pick up the truck I checked the mechanic's (?) answer - "Ten." Wrong answer! The truck went back in the shop for a short "Mechanic Training" session. He missed the pitman arm.

The mechanic (?) learned how many zerks there are on a 2500HD 4WD. I learned a new trick.

Only have 10 on mine now:eek: . The biggest PITA one is no longer relevant. See sig for reason.

Funny that the stealers mech was so clueless. I'd be afraid of him doing future work.
