I dont use all that much diesel (fill up maybe once a month, 12 g of diesel, rest BD) so it isnt much of a hardship to pay for it. B99 is 2.52 for me. We were supposed to see the full tax credit...but the producers raised the price in order to get some. The sole out let for the county is some one's garage. This Biodiesel thing needs to take off soon. The "mixers credit" apparently only applies to those who are making BD with virgin oil. The local company who is making it now used WVO from restaurants and they don't get the entire credit (approx. a $0.50 difference per gallon). The ONLY BD we can get here (B99) is $3.10/gal. B20 is approx $2.40 and #2 goes for around $2.45. Portland OR. | ||
