:ro)
if only it were cheaper than #2, and easy to find while traveling. i am all for soybean production, as long as the farmers and all involved can produce it without govt subsidies . i am not talking about Kalifornia either, where #2 is higher than the rest of america.
it should also be much less in price than regular unleaded gasoline also.......-:t

Its cheaper than #2 for me.......
I dont use all that much diesel (fill up maybe once a month, 12 g of diesel, rest BD) so it isnt much of a hardship to pay for it. B99 is 2.52 for me.
I say it is well worth it, acually.

In Maryland I will get back 1/2 of what I spent on bd. Right now it is $3.67 gal. Not cheap, but it feels good sticking it to the oil companies and helping the enviroment

That is the sad truth...but that is what is needed in order for the market to really take off...rising diesel prices.
We were supposed to see the full tax credit...but the producers raised the price in order to get some.
I think they are stupid and are just keeping the market from growing even more.

I heard on the news that 'LOVES' truck stops will start carrying Willy Nelson's Biodiesel... I'm south of D/FW, maybe I'll see it soon!

I wish I could find B99 for that. I can not even find BD in the capitol of Kalifornia. The sole out let for the county is some one's garage. This Biodiesel thing needs to take off soon. Two fifty-two is what I pay for #2 around here.

whether it is made with virgin oil or WVO! The "mixers credit" apparently only applies to those who are making BD with virgin oil. The local company who is making it now used WVO from restaurants and they don't get the entire credit (approx. a $0.50 difference per gallon). The ONLY BD we can get here (B99) is $3.10/gal. B20 is approx $2.40 and #2 goes for around $2.45. Portland OR.
