"top of the line bullydog pmt".

there's nothing top of the line about bullydog crap on duramaxes.

so would that steer you away from this particular truck?

Two things jump out at me:

1. Some dealers won't want to touch it since it's tuned making the tranny a ticking time bomb.

2. The seller is illiterate meaning it's unlikely he had the brains to service the truck properly.

The tranny was recently flushed.....good or bad?????

neither, really.

I'd maybe look for something a little more stock, since you're new to the game.

Unless you know the guy that did the mods to this truck and the way he drove it...you're better off to find a stock one and build it up to what you want so you know what has been done to it both in mods and driving it.

Recently flushed trans tells me the old fluid could have been burnt and something may be wrong with the trans, and the seller is trying to get rid of his problems.

Yep, I'd be wondering. 4k rebuild the tranny on a new truck would be pitiful.

If he replaced all the fluids including the tranny, that would be something else.
