Check out this URL. We have a 3865FL (2004) and love it. Thie Montana Owners site has all kinds of info---both pro & con's of the different models and a "technical problems" section. This should help: http://montanaadministrator.forumco.com/
You may have to register before you can post---no big deal, its free.

Spoolin I see your in AK, I would seriously consider a better and more insulated brand than the Montana. I bought a brand new 2002 Keystone Challenger (same as Montana w/ different floor plans) 32TIB in 2/02. I ordered this model complete with artic insulation package (what a joke) and upgraded cabinets (fell apart). It was a serious POS, and I'm one to take care of my equipment. The slideout walls are only like 1.25" thick, if it was cold or hot outside they would be cold or hot to the touch. Two of the three slideouts developed leaks. After owning it for about 6 months the plywood under the rubber roof began to delaminate and warp. It looked terrible and held water, you could get seasick just looking at it. Every drawer rail broke and pulled away from the wall, from the kitchen to the bedroom. Guess the staples just couldn't keep up. Entertainment center shelf for TV collapsed, shelf for DVD player sagged. Drain lines for kitchen sink and shower were running uphill (does chit flow that way?). After almost 3 years when you would walk in the living room the kitchen island would move with you. Keystone voided my warranty after taking it in for the wavy roof. It says right in the Keystone literature there RV's are not made for continuous occupancy, which I was doing while on the road working. Warranty voided on the spot. I was never so glad to see anything go as when that Ford diesel rolled away with the Challenger in tow. Your experience may be different, but above is mine. I'm sure you've done alot of research already, but there is lots of unsatisfied Keysone owners out there and many better brands on the market.
