i did some searching, but no luck. i was wondering how to take of the plastic strip behind the seat? its right below the window. also, how does the plastic piece in the inside of the door frame behind the seat come off? i see a couple of screw, but still cant seem to get it out. btw i have a regular cab truck.

all that stuff is held in by clips that snap in holes in the cab metal.
Its a PITA to remove these panels without damage without a proper tool.
i done it with a flat blade bend in a 90 degree angle,but broke some clips outa the plastic anyway.

the tool Bison mentioned can be purchased at your local auto parts store for $7-8. It looks like a modified screwdriver with a slight bend near the flat end and the end is 3/4" wide with a "U" shaped opening at the far end. A good, inexpensive tool that keeps you from: scraped knuckles, broken plastic parts, less profanity and saves time!
