my front and mirror turn signals work as well as every other light on the truck including brake and running lights out back. is there a fuse that deals just with rear turn signals or is this a wiring issue?

Change out the rear blinker bulbs. If that doesn't solve it, perhaps the plastic junction assy has gone south?

It definitely ain't a fuse, but maybe the flasher module. Do the the rear blinkers work when the 4way flashers are activated?

no the rear blinkers dont work at all

Next to the spare tire, on the driver's frame rail, there is a 4 port junction block. Unplug the harness coming from the front with the four ways on, and verify, with a test lamp, that the Dark Blue (Left signal) and Light Blue (Right signal) are both working. If so, unplug the the harness going to the Left rear, and test the port where the Dk Blue belongs.

That block fails often enough that my dealer stocks them.

thanks for the info the block turned out to be bad we temporarily spliced into the front harness until i can get a new one cause nothing is open saturday nights or sunday here
