just got some new tires yesterday, they are Good Year Wrangler Territory in 245/75/16 got a nice deal on them, looks and drives way better than the old shot tires, just got to paint my ugly rims black and it will be all done!:)

Lookin good, i think the black rims will really look good. Any plans for center caps?

thanks, oh actually I haven't thought of center caps yet, I always liked the look of the police car rims, if I could get it to look like that!

Good idea, i bet that would look neat, keep us posted on your progress.

I searched a bit and looks like I have to have aluminium rims to make center caps fit, so I think I'll just paint my whole rim black.

On my to do list for today will be sanding down the rims and spray some primer, then the paint and later on seal it with clear coat.

Sounds like a good plan, have u looked into the newer style lug nuts and caps, they might work.

...got 2 rims done today, I like it, will even look better on the truck :) might try and paint the lug nuts as well from the outside, but I think it will just peel off. I painted the part of the brake rotor black as well, so one less part sticking out!

You have too much positive camber. You might want to get an alignment.

yes, I'm in the process of ordering new front end parts and will get an alignment soon!

I'm all done, found some GMC center caps that fit, gives it a even better look :)

Wow, the rims and center caps make it 10x's better. I would limit your driving until you get those parts and an alignment done, don't want to start wearing your new tires unevenly.
