I am wondering how much boost the stock gaskets and bolts will hold?

IIRC ATS says <45 w/o studs and close to 60 w/ studs.

Their big blower puts out some PSI.

if the heads hold 45psi., thats great, but any thing over 32 on stock turbo Iv heard is flirting with disaster, thats 32psi actual psi. not in the wast gate line with a tee

My LB7 is holding fine at 50-53 PSIG (measured at the manifold) with stock head bolts.

Edit: o ya... with The TWINS!

Measured at the manifold 33-35 is safe if you are sane with your driving habits.

Any higher is not smart..... on an LB7 Turbo.

Heck, My little IHI is running 10 PSI... should last a lifetime at that level.

I drive like a profesional IDIOT , and am at about 32psi, think I cuold squeak another turn in the wastgate to say 35 and still be safe

i have ben hitting highs in the winter time of 37.5 and in the summer of 35.5, for over a year with no problems to date with the turbo, that is measured just after the super diesel manifold
