Long story short - I sold a couple of Clausing lathes I had and made some money - money that I intend on putting toward improvements to my 6.5. In the end I hope to make it a reliable towing vehicle (10000# load inc trailer).

With regards to upgrades, how would you priortize these?

'97 Cooling Mods
Severe Duty Fan Clutch and Fan
PMD Relocation
Chip or Reflash
Intercooling

Kennedy exhaust is on its way to replace the ailing 3" now on the truck.

IMO i would do it in the order you have it. BTW don't forget about the turbo master.

I would say you need to move Intercooling up after '97 Cooling Mods...

No tooling, but I do have 2 more Clausing lathes ! 1 - 12x48 w/taper attachment, and 1 - 10x36. Each has 3 jaw and 4 jaw chuck and faceplate. 3 phase machines.

Sadly my shop has too many 'toys' and not enough room to work on the 'big toy' w/o always having to move something.

Where are you located ?
