No. What you are looking for is the "53" engine block. This block was used from I believe 98.5-02. If you crawl underneath the vehicle, drivers side under the Injection pump you will see the casting #. Also some engines have the block casting # under the oil filter housing, this one is alot easier to read then the # under the Ip. If the block is stamped "56" thats the big/heavy duty block.
