Last week I had to change out the fan on my lly at 100k because a blade had broken. While apart I contemplated changing the water pump since I had then fan out giving easy access but decided agains it due to the fact that it was not leaking. Well 1 week later guess what. Pump is leaking /facepalm! Guess thats what I get for being lazy.....

Ya, last time we just used a belt wrench on the pulley to hold it still while we used a breaker bar to loosen the fan clutch. Was a lot easier than I expected. For the harmonic balancer we will just use a heavy duty impact to remove and replace it rahter than pull the starter.

I am waiting a couple weeks for my new radiator to come in so I can do them all at once. Having Ron Davis build me a small one to slide in behind the front valance (similar to the V2). Once I am done I'll post all my Visio drawings with dimensions and a parts/price list for the DIY crowd.
