Assuming you have the FlashScan V2 Scan and Tune product already you will at worst simple need to purchase another VIN license at US$99 (assuming you don't have one of the two the product ships with still available). If you have the FlashScan V1 Scan and Tune product then yes you will need to upgrade to FlashScan V2 to support the newer vehicles.
