While in reverse, turning and braking(backing out of a parking space) I here a "clicking or "popping" sound from the front of the truck. Is there a know brake or suspension issue? I would like some ideas before I go to the local dealer.

I'm taking my 05 LLY to the dealer Friday for a similar noise. I haven't noticed it clunking in reverse, it does it in Drive under med-hard braking.

I'll let you know what they find.

Turns out the noise was caused by movement of the cross-member under the engine/transmission. A dealer Front-end service tech diagnosed the problem, just by my description of the noise. Apparently this is a common complaint. A test drive confirmed his opinion. The fix was to remove the cross-member and grease all the contact points of the cross-member, sleeve, nuts and bolts. I did it at home, rather than go thru the hassle of a Dealer service trip. Took about 30 minutes. Noise gone!
