I am having trouble with low Oil Pressure when I am in Idle and excess smoke coming out of my exhaust. I checked the oil and there is some outside substance in it but I can't say exactly what. I just got the truck back yesterday after having a new injector pump put on.

Sometimes the turbo will loose a seal and put oil into the exhaust pipe, or the rings could be shot (check compression to verify) or the head gasket could be leaking water into the exhaust.
