well i'm new and i just think this is so cool. i am looking at a 96 chevy 6.5 and i heard the F engine is better then S? the truck has about 107000
miles, and is an F, ext cab long bed 4x4. they want 8,000,is this a good price?

no egr on f.. a little more hp from factory.. both of those reasons are good

I'd prefer the "F" engine for the above stated reasons myself. I hate EGR systems.

96 with only 107K on it, it still has some IP warranty still, buy it Gus if it's in as good a condition as you say it is; read thru the FAQs, for begining your love/hate education on 6.5, for most of us with a little help from our friends here; it's more love than hate.
