LiftedLQ9 03-28-2010, 10:30 AM Thanks guys! I built it myself and still have it! I usually post over on gmfs and pt.net, not much diesel stuff but its a lot of fullsize gm truck stuff. This is by far the best diesel forum imo.
tysmith 03-28-2010, 02:12 PM that is a clean truck. have you messed with the hood and front end? seems to bulge more than a stock truck.
Looks like a re-worked '01-'02 Chevy hood to fit the GMC headlights... Looks sweet!

GMC2500HD 03-29-2010, 08:05 AM 2006 ECSB L33/Z06Cam/6-RCX/20 Spys/35 Toyo/Full Detroit/Turbo'd and 80e'd 681RWHP/712RWTQ
Where did you dyno your truck? Got the slip?
wreedLBZ 03-29-2010, 09:24 AM ya those numbers looks too close, should we well over 1000 lb ft i would think.
sy1437 03-29-2010, 10:02 AM ya those numbers looks too close, should we well over 1000 lb ft i would think.
I would assume it is a built lsx motor considering it has z06 cam listed in the sig also considering it has turbo and it has an 80e.
I'm guessing he just hasn't updated or got his sig correct because it also lists the truck as an ECSB which its obviously a CCSB. Either that, he just cut and pasted his sig from GMFS or PT.
Sweet truck. That's the thing I loved about my '01 HD--the domed hood. I think its a great addition to the GMC front clip.
dmaxdriver 03-29-2010, 05:10 PM Nice truck!!! I really want to solid axle mine did you use a kit! If so what one?
DIESELPOWERDMAX 03-30-2010, 11:02 AM sweet, love the nittos, got some too, built it your self cool mine too only way to go my opinion, much more satis faction

yea, in the sig is a 5.3l gas turbo truck, not the dmax. lol It went 12.06 at 110 in the quarter and it made 681/712 at the rears with the big tires.
DIESELPOWERDMAX 04-02-2010, 02:12 PM sweet:beerchug: some day for me, just put new shocks and deleted a mod but for a gasser man thats good, although iam a diesel guy my self and as for the big tires i like when you pull up to someone in a mustang or rice burner or gassder (no offense) with this 3/4 diesel and tools in the back and shit you know and then they wanting to race and then bang smokin 35's and their still trying to find there way through the black smoke lol, although i dont think mine is as fast as yours infact i know but i never put it on a dyno or anything but i still need more mods. but awesome truck though.
cowboy201 04-05-2010, 09:39 PM nice looking truck. I can only enjoy looking at one that high. I have too many things that keep me from climbing up that high. Ha. Ha. mainly pushing 50, fat, and too many broken parts.

sexy sexy sexy great job on the build
cashone05 12-11-2010, 03:30 PM These pictures are the exacy same pictures of this truck for sale on ebay a few months back. Im all about someone building their own rig as thats the only way to go but it sounds a little fishy to me. When this was for sale i looked into it and its been owned by like 7 or 8 different people and licensed in numeous different states. Leeds me to believe it may not have been done by this person. But regardless sweet truck. Also the hood is the best mod i am doing it to mine, its not as hard as one might think 01 02 chevy hd hood and trim for the radias headlights roll the edge and its a direct bolt on.
