Service writer said $100 deductible, I called service manager and asked he said no. Also depends on what is wrong with the injectors and what tsb or policy adjustment or warranty is covering it...

Where you are shouldn't matter. We were on a military ordered move when ours went. Everything we owned was on the trailer behind the truck, but we paid for hotels and everything, so feel lucky on that count. We only had 11,000 miles on the truck when we go tthe new engine, but we would have had to pay the $100 if we were out of the 3/36 warrenty.

If you have a '01 or '02, most have not been paying, you don't say what year truck you have.

You should not have to pay the deductible on this. Should be fully covered under the GM warranty. Although I would see nothing wrong with spending 100 bucks for brand new injectors....

I was certainly willing to pay the $100 but they WOULD NOT TAKE IT! :)

They gave me a FREE rental, replaced the injectors, new fuel filter, new oil filter and oil change, and wouldn't even take the money. I took two boxes of donuts to the service guys for all their work. THANK YOU GM!!!

I did, it was later refunded.

Like above I got a free rental they changed my oil and fuel filter. I paid nothing. My truck went under the special policy too since it had them replaced at 114,000.
