This truck is doing the same thing my last truck (01 2500HD 8.1 ZF6) did...sqeeky, noisy release bearing. :mad: Clutch doesn't slip....but man do you get looks at a stop light...
Oh well, the door is getting repainted on the 12th of july, I guess I'll tell them to wheel it over to the service shop after the body shop is done with it to service the transmission too...

Hate that. On my 76 when I was in hs I pulled the trans 3 weeks in a row.. Pulled it and put in a throwout bearing first. Then next weekend the clutch fork broke off. Then the next weekend the bellhousing broke where the clutch fork pivots. What a pain. 2 weekends in a row of powershifting it to get it home.

At least you have warranty right now, otherwise it would be time to put a cpmac clutch in there as long as you had it apart.
