I am going to install rear shackles on my 04 3500 drw to level off the back around 2.5", can I still run the billsteins that come for factory height in the back.

Youll Probably have to go to a shorter shock, you might run into the exact opposite problem that I ran into with my stock shocks in the front with cranked T-Bars (over extension, bottoming out the shock).

My buddy lowered his dakota pickup 2.5 inches, and it quickly destroyed all of his shocks because they would overcompress, he acaually popped a rear one.

Short shocks are cheap anyway, I would reccomend them... get some for 2 inches of drop and everything will be cool... good luck
