2001 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LT Crew Cab short bed 4x4. It is powered by a built 8.1L 496ci big block V8 backed with a 5 speed Allison automatic tranny. 122,xxx miles.
The 8.1L has a custom grind “Big Power 209” cam by Raylar, full roller rockers, and Trick Flow valve train. The truck also has a K&N cold air intake, a Flowmaster Big Block exhaust, brand new platinum plugs, and Taylor Extreme wires. The cam is VERY streetable.
The stock Allison was replaced 6,000 miles ago with a mildly built Allison with heavy duty internals and upgrades. Full tranny service was done at the time of install roughly 10 months ago.
Both the motor and the Allison have been custom tuned for optimal power and shift points using HP Tuners.
The truck is the LT edition with leather, cruise, power everything, tow package, spray in bedliner, and 3.73 gears.
It has a new leveling kit, as well as new 17" Pro Comp Black alloy wheels and 285x70 BFG KM2 tires. Brand new tie rod ends, pitman arm, idler arm, and lower ball joints, u-joints, and recent alignment. The front and rear diff’s as well as the t-case fluid has been recently changed.
I would estimate close to 455 hp and 575 ft pounds of torque at the crank. I am only selling in order to start a new project.
The interior is very clean for a 9 year old truck. There is one small dent right behind the passenger side rear tire. I drove to Omaha last weekend to pick up a new utility trailer, and round trip MPG was just under 12.
Asking $11000
