Hey All,
I need a couple LT265/75/R16's for the back of my Dmax to beef up on load capacity for a new 5ver we're getting. What's a good brand besides Michelin? Would Bridgstone's be ok?

My Goodyears are doing just great that I have. I also have had good luck in the past with Firestones. Just make sure you dont get tires that are put on out of the factory, they seem not to last as long.

I am liking our Michelin LTX AT2 tires so far. I looked at the Toyo M55, BFG AT KM2 and a couple others but ended up with the Michelins due to the feedback on wear and traction this tire has considering the tame tread pattern. During the week the truck is a commuter. We do get off the highway dragging the toyhauler onto National Forest roads and two tracks but don't do any serious 4WD work. On a 2WD truck that does much off-road work they may not be aggressive enough.

And we can't forget to make sure they say MADE IN AMERICA

Thanks guys! Since I'm just upgrading the rears right now, I'm going to stick with Bridgestone brand and get the Dualer A/T 695's. It'll give me a bit more traction when needed, which won't be often. They should last a few years..

If you can, get tires in Load Range E. My truck and trailer tires are both E-rated. Those hold 80psi instead of 65psi. I've never used anything but BFG At's. Keep them rotated and they'll run for a long time. Had one set last me over 50k miles! My .02
