Friend of mine just bought his 2005 silverado 3 months ago and already the truck bent a push rod, he brought the truck in with his aftermarket innercooler and air intake and now they wont warrenty his truck due to their explaination that the mods were the reason the motor broke, not to mention they found small balls of rubber in the wheel well and are using that on him too, I am posting this message for him in hopes someone can help. $3000.00 is sitting on his head.

Dispute it! Demand an independent review by a GM zone manager

The small balls of rubber would be more of a concern than the intercooler and intake. The rubber balls show abuse and the intake and intercooler just show performance enhancement but do not prove abuse.

They may have him with the rubber, sounds like it is a prick dealer and they know Magnusen vs. Moss very well.
