Just read a couple posts on changing the differential fluids and realized I probably blew it.


I currently have 27K on my truck and did not change the fluid.


What do I do?????? Do I use synthetic in both, or just the rear. I have 1/2 qt left of the "grape juice" from topping them off. Or, do I buy something cheaper?????


One post talks about the heat generated during break in. Well the rear got so hot it caused the paint to blister and peel. During an oil change I checked it and it doesn't smell burned.
