I installed my gauges yesterday, Autometer sport comp. Everything went well, the only problem I have is I kinda mangled the plastic piece on the inside of the factory A pillar that goes into the metal clip to support the pillar. The whole A pillar hangs kind of low now. Its not too bad, but enough to bother me. Would it make sense to drill through and try to put a self tapping screw to hold it to the metal pillar, or would I be best to just order a new factory A pillar? I know people with the speakers sometimes order the regular pillar anyways, so I'm sure its not that uncommon to do. Where do you guys order them from?

Anybody? Nobody's ever run into this problem doing their gauges? Or even ordered a new plastic a pillar. I can get a picture if that would help, but basically the a pillar hangs a little low with like a 1/4"-1/2" gap where it should be flush.

When I put one in my dodge, I used a self tapping screw, and one of these: http://www.diyha.co.uk/tutorials/images/full/screw_cover.jpg

to hide it.
