What does this code meen? I try to reset it and it pops right back up. Is there somewhere on the site or net that I can find all the trouble codes?

Do a search for trouble codes...there is a list on here somewhere. I think you limped your tranny.

Search for the DTC code list. It is here in excel format as well as a text document.

Transmission Control Module (TCM) Requested MIL Illumination

What is MIL illunination?

It the code the TCM sends the ECM telling you there are TCM codes. You need a scanner that can read TCM codes. MIL is Message Indicator Light or CEL (check engine light) etc.

You probably slipped your tranny from 4th to 5th gear, that will set the light and then you have to go in with a obd 2 or equivilent to remove the code, unless you have other problems.

Will my Predator not reset the code? When I rest the code and start back up it will kick out another code almost instantly. Did I really screw something up? Trannie still seems to shift fine throughout all gears.

Unfortunately, I had the same issue. Take it to Autozone, they can clear the code and the engine light will go off...

The Predator will not clear any Trans codes. P0700 is a code that decribes an error in the transmission circuit(s), but it is generic. You will need to find out the exaxct code P07xx and go from there. One of your local auto parts stores should be able to check and clear the code for you at no charge.

Yea I pmd Mike a couple of weeks ago, I need to save some $$ then make the drive down there.

As for the code, I got in to go to a buddys who has a scanner and my truck must have known it, the light wasnt on:rolleyes: Well I went anyway and he checked it out, wrong gearing or something like that in 5th (it was slipping). I will stay on 40 or 65 HP settings and thats it.
