My dads 03 LB7 is throwing 404 egr code. It has jsut over 48,000 miles on it with intake, no cat, sreight flow muffler, and PPE level 2. what would cause an LB7 to throw this code?

Your EGR is going bad. Call your dealer or replace the egr!
