How well behaved is the PPE/VA stack? How are it's street manors? Any funny quirks? Is it ok as a daily driver? Is this the best stack going right now?

I need more power and I am very unimpressed with everything I have now. I don't want to wait for the TTS extreme so I need something to tide me over.

What will the PPE/VA stack run 0-60. That's where my truck lacks the most.

I assume it is really smokey?
