Has anyone gotten longer torsion key bolts to be able to crank the key up further?

I don't think you could go much further since the key is almost touching the cross-member when the bolt is fully tightened.

There is no longer bolt available that I know of, so if you want to get more height you have to change the a Torsion bar key which has more indexing. However cranking up your bars without the proper leveling kit will reek havoc on your steering and suspension components.

I have had a truck in here that did that, bad idea because the bolts threads end up pushing so far out against the torsion key that it sits at a angle and will snap the bolt off lower the truck down. Do it right if anything and install a new re-indexed lift adjuster key.

If that truck is a 4x4, I wouldn't go any higher if you want to keep your cv joints together. I think a true lift kit is in order for you.

You can only go so far. Look at see how much room is between your UCA and frame stop, should be at least 5/8"s and you must fix the short shock issue first so keep that in mind as well. Use this pic to see where I am referring to:
