Got my Hot Juice/Attitude installed. Installed the pyro also. Are the temperatures supposed to fluctuate alot and fast? What i mean is at a stop light the temp levels out at about 300 then when you leave (not hard) and get the truck moving it goes to about 700, then when you stop it drops back down real quick. Im assuming its normal i just wouldnt have thought that the temp could be monitored that quick. ( I know that 700 isnt hot thats not why im asking). Probe was installed in the manifold as suggested by Edge.

Sounds normal to me, except that I have to be pretty gentle to get it to peak at 700...

I see you have the predator, thats why you have a hard time keeping it under 700. I only have the Juice, i usually run at level 2.

yes those temps are pretty normal to be fluctuating that much. Keep in mind that the turbo is driven by the exhaust, which is HOT.. as your boost increases the temps will as well. Once you let off the pedal, no boost, temps go down. The only thing you need to worry about is making sure you don't keep the temps over the warning number for long periods of time. There will be short spikes of temp on occasion.

I'm ussually running the Edge @ 4, with the pred @ 0... just using it to recal the speedo for now.

oh ok, ive heard that the predator is famous for heat but the edge at 4 probably does the same
