I am replacing the injectors in my 2001 Duramax. The inlet for the rear injectors on both sides of the engine where full of rust particles. I am changing the injectors because the crankcase was filling with oil. It was running fine. It did throw a intermittent 093 code. I found that the oil was overfull. Has anybody had this issue.

When I recently took my engine apart, I found a lot of rust inside the inlets of the injectors, and mine were all still "good". I was informed that the rust is actually from the lines running to the injectors. Im sure one of the techs that frequent the site will explain it better.
