Thye look pretty pricey but are they worth it? I'm ordering a stainless steel brush guard for my truck next week and I would like to have a nice set of chrome auxilary lights on the tabs. I've had KC and they are ok but I was replacing bulbs every 6 months (and the chrome rusted pretty bad). What does everyone use or what do they think of the 520's?

thanks,
Justin

I'm putting lightforces on once I have the cash. did a bit of research and they're the best bang for the buck that I can find, plus they're dang near indestructible.

I used the IPF's on my last truck and they did great. I had a set of the small fog lamps on the bottom of the grill gaurd and the 6in on the middle part. I have also had the lightforce, they do put out a huge amount of light, but aren't that appealing to look at. I had both the small ones and the 9.5in(huge). You could adjust them like a maglight. I still have the small ones laying around my garage somewhere. I bought IPF's from this website, I think they were the IPF 200's and the IPF 960. David

I'm going to go with the Hella 500's. ABS housing = no rust

I'll second the notion on the LightForce lights. They are damn near indestructable. I have had a set for almost 4 years now they're SUPER bright, and they're more versatile than a maglight. Plus they're not much more than a set of PIAAs or IPF.
