I notice in the print book for the 2011 3500HD on page 21 there are 2 Duramax engines mentioned, the LML and the LGH. Can someone please explain to me the difference, and why are there two versions? Thanks:confused:

LML is the high output and LGH is the low output. Same design, just different cals mainly.

The LGH is on the vans and the cab-chassis trucks. The vans get the 6l90e and the cab-chassis still get the allison behind the LGH.

I like the "36 gallon fuel tank" part....

should say: "36 gallon fuel tank standard, even though the low fuel light comes on after you've used 25 gallons."
