Sorry guys...I feel so mentally challenged sometimes. I got my gauges yesterday and am ready to install them...I popped the hood and wondered where a great place would be to tap for the Manifold Pressure Gauge...any tips?I did a search for a step by step "how to" but had no luck. This drilling stuff scares me.Any tips, tricks or advice. I am on my way right now to purchase a new gasket...is there anything else I need besides luck? and is any particular place I should tap or not tap?...Thanks

The search function doesn't pull up everything, as I remember a few posts on this. Anyplace on the upper manifold is good, just think about how the line will run.

QM...Thanks...The installation went without a flaw..except for finding the correct tap for the exhaust manifold and hooking up the lights for the gauges...that was a pain in the rear...but all is well and working.. I show 10 lbs. of boost when I kick it ,and about 600 degrees on the exhaust at normal driving . The SS 4" exhaust will be next and then the Heath reflash and TM.
