I did a search, seems Hellwigs come loose, and Fredirico racing seems to still be working out the Bugs.
Any help would be appreciated. I have a camper on the back and am getting some sway.
Thanks in advance.

My hellwigs have not loosened, Approx 50K TC miles...
The bolts on the axle are very tight, AND the clamps on frame are tack welded.
I installed the hellwigs to stop sway AFTER I installed the air bags.
Air bags to level truck, caused some sway as helpers were not compressed as much.
The Hellwig's did make it drive a little different when empty,
The truck tends to push when an outside tire catches a ridge/bump,
I think it is because it is transfering the weight to oppsite side.

I contacted GM about a sway bar for my 2002 4 x 4 crew cab dually with overloads and they said it was not necessary due to the torsion bar front suspension! It acted like a swaybar! Frankly, I thought it was a P.R. baloney answer! I put a (HEAVY) Lance #1121 11' 6" camper with a generator and slide out and tools, etc. etc. on it and I've noticed very little sway except going in and out of driveways too fast! I've been all over the U.S. for 50K miles in high winds and very nasty weather without a single problem! I've never had a camper feel so stable! Certainly sway is relative, and it doesn't handle like a Ferrari, but I've never felt unsafe due to sway and I live in the high desert of Calif. where there's lots of wind! I wouldn't use anything else for a camper!
I had air bags on my Dodge diesel and hated them! They hold up weight OK, but they limited travel so it made the ride harsh and I had more sway problems with air bags than springs! I've tried just about everything, and I recommend springs and factory type overloads if the the camper is off most of the time! If you leave it on as I do, I recommend having main springs built (add leaves) in a good spring shop to hold the camper just where you want it! Just like they would for any other truck that came in! It will give you the best and most stable ride! I've seen more that one air bag fail on the road! I gave mine away! I know some people love them. It's just my experience with them!
