I just replaced my fuel filter. I did everything correct (new filter loosened the screw pumped it etc.) My only deal is I loosened that screw one round too much and it came out, dropped somewhere down into the motor and I don't know where it went. I am assuming that it cannot run without that screw. I didn't get a close look at it really, it just looked like a bolt, so I stuck a bolt that size into the hole. Obviously it has to be that specific screw right, because it won't run now?? I hope I haven't messed anything up too serious? I cranked it and let it run for five or ten minutes and could really tell anything different. I got in it and drove it down the road and it had no power, I guess that is when it started sucking air. Thoughts on this?????

Sounds like you lost the bleeder screw. You are correct it will not run without it. Several vendors on this forum sell aftermarket bleed screws.

X2, check with vendors on this site, or go on ebay and search. Metal ones are like $10.
