Has anyone got a price to trade for 2010 or 2011 truck? I tried to trade a gmc 2008 crew ony 24,500 mi w/everything but rear dvd player and nav. This truck is like new inside and out, always garaged. for 2010 in feb. it had those 2 items. diff was $24,000. Tried last week to trade for ford 2011 lariet with less equipment. they wanted to allow $29,000 off sticker. Ford and gm have a great chance to get their bus. back but not if they try to take advantage of the people who want to do bus. with gm and ford. Just wandering other thoughts about ford and gm tradein values.

It's not ford or GM, it's the dealers. They want to sell at retail and give you trade-in value. Otherwise they will sell cheaper and give you less then trade-in for your truck. I see a lot of clean trucks listed between trade-in and retail. Maybe the trade-in money is really low these days and people are trying to sell it themselves.

Bingo! Trades are really low right now! Better off selling it yourself!
