I'm a new diesel owner, and I've already ordered a Edge Juice/Attitude kit for my LLY, and I've been reading alot about the 1093 codes and something to do with the fuel rails messing up. If I do the Edge kit and HOG exhaust am I going to start having problems out of my truck??? If so I'm gonna put the Edge kit on here for sell when it comes in and leave my engine alone. Someone that knows more about this than I do please help.

Well, you will most likely set some codes with east coast setup. I am located in AZ and have no codes at all, but it has allot to do with emissions and where you are located there have been a lot of codes set. I would say install both and do what all the people that are getting codes do. Install the finger stick which is some thing that will prevent the codes some how. I don't know much at all about them, but do a search and you will find the info.

Alright thanks man, I think I'm gonna talk to my buddy's dad next time I see him who has the same setup on his LLY that I want, and see if he has thrown any codes. I know most people with the Edge J/A say they only use level one and 2, occasionally 3, and hardly ever 4/5. I just don't want to mess up anything on my brand new truck and want some advice from people that have had this setup.

just don't play much at all above 3 and you will never see any problems due to the Edge at all other then a code or 2. Its a great system and you will love it.

when you mean "code" I think you're talking about a PO code, which ones does it usually throw?
