Anybody know any good spots to go mudding around Salt Lake City or Park City, UT?

im not much down in that area.. but if you can go to strawberry reservoir. a nice drive and a lot of snow to go play in.

Yeah, not much mud around here! Its either frozen or dry. Especially with the dry winter we're having, at least down in the valley. Very nice trail running in parts of the Uinta mtns (in the summer), and of course, Moab is Moab (about 3.5 hrs away). But not much mudding to be had in this state.

No fields to just go romp in?

is strawberry reservoir going to have some open space to just romp in? No hassle from the cops?

Well in the summer yes. Most of the places i go are the wetlands or bird refugees. and they just closed ours for the season.. Wish i could help ya on some places to go.. im looking for some muddy places to go too. When are you coming up?
