I've got an '03 lb7 with 320,000 km's. Has new injectors last year and seems to run great still. I put a juice w/attitude on 2 years ago. Sometimes while driving, it will miss, just one little burp/hesitation and then it's ok. Twice it's just died while driving, something like check charging system flashes. I coast to a stop and it restarts fine. The alternator and idler pulleys were changed last fall. Could this be the juice, or something else? It's set at level 1. This engine still runs fine. Is there anything I should keep an eye on at this mileage? Thanks.

Have you tried returning to stock to see if the problem still exists?

That's the next step. If that fixes the problem, does that mean the tuner is screwed or can it be sent back to edge to be fixed?

edge did have some stalling issues with their units. i would remove the programmer and see if that fixes your problem. if it does then send it back to edge for a update.

I have had eight modules from Edge awaiting a new one now. Totally remove it drive it for a week or so and then decide. It always was the edge box on my truck when it would do this same thing
