Dumb question, when I flash tune with EFI live will it reset my TPMS that I had lowered to 50psi, I also had the auto door locks disabled.

No you cannot alter the TMPS with the EFILive software or Flashscan V2 hardware. It is a BCM item and EFILive does not communicate with the BCM.

Thats what I thought, I knew you could not alter the TPMS but was unsure if it would reset it.

How long do you guys think it will be before the FlashScan will be a stand alone unit, I have read some threads where Tanc Crusher mentioned it.

Standalone is currently in the final phases of internal testing with a bunch of controllers. It should be in restricted beta late this week or early next week.

Once that happens, it's anyones guess as to when it will be publicly available - it really depends on the outcomes of the user testing phase.

Well they are getting towards non public beta according to a post I seen. They ran into a few issues of killing some E38 controllers so still buggy. But I hear it will be the LS1, LB7 and LLY, something else first. Then the others will follow over time. If based on BBR Black Box Reading I say 3 or 4 months but EFILive never sets deadlines. So once they feel its ready it will arrive. The work at this time is going towards the Autocal hardware which is what tuners can use to send to customers to flash their tunes remotely without buying the Flashscan hardware. Tuners can send amall unit that plugs in and either read, write, or possible log data and send back to a tuner to review.

AutoCal uses the V8 software just like FlashScan. So 95% of the software is identical. Once BBR and BBF are finalised for FlashScan the finishing touches can be put on AutoCal.
