does the IAT temp sensor relate directly to fuel flow does the computer take this into acct when flowing fuel or no since its a fuel throttled engine?

To the best of my knowledge hi IAT's will cut fuel and boost back as a self preservation method by the stock ECM. Reflashes may differ from one to the other as to what they do, mine doesn't appear to cut anything out no matter what IAT's or boost pressures are.
