Can someone post for me the TSB relating to the gauges not working when the computer senses low battery voltage? I know it was discussed on the forum in Feb or March of this year but the search doesn't appear to go back that far.

I had this problem when starting my truck after it sat outside all night in -10 weather. It started fine but the gauges didn't work. When I did a later restart they worked fine. There is a TSB to reflash the BCM (???) so the gauges will still work when low battery voltage is detected.

I want to take my truck in for both this TSB and the summer 2004 A/C TSB (found that one) at the same time.
