so im sittin at work last night watchin the maintainence guys fix my machine and there is a can of wd40 sittin right in front of me. I pick it up to check out this new smart straw design and turn in around and it shows a pic of them spraying on the surface of an alloy wheel. Iv never heard of this use before. What exactly does it do?????

It's a good cleaner! Some what adds a small amount of protection.

I would think if left on, the WD-40 would attract tons of dirt and brake dust. I do like their new can with the built in foldable tip.
